Your responsibilities
- Responsible for the updating of product and suppliers evaluation rules and audits.
- Mapping of legal requirements (e.g. sustainability, H&S, Fair Trade) for products and suppliers, in cooperation with external entities.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders (e.g. procurement, marketing) to understand and implement product requirements.
- Cooperate with external 3rd part (e.g. SGS, DNV) to maintenance and develop ISO sustainability standards eg. 20400, 26000.
- Cooperation with external legal to check accordance with EU and local regulation to avoid greenwashing and compliance with other sustainability regulation.
Our requirements
- You can justify a 1 year experience in sustainability products and process evaluation.
- Knowledge about environmental, H&S, other products standards and certification.
- You are totally fluent in English, Fluent in English (B2 minimum).
- You are very organized, meticulous and autonomous.
- You are highly collaborative.
- You are straight to the point, and you have a talent to simplify complex topics.
- You can pitch and convince different populations (customers, employees, shareholders).
- You take energy in helping others to win.
- You are future facing and you have a positive attitude.
- You are resilient and take your energy in achieving big things, no matter how difficult is the journey.

Your mission
- As sustainability product and supplier sustainability specialist, you will be the owner of the Lyreco Group sustainability suppliers and products assessment (sustainability selection).
- Sustainability selection is focus on supppliers and products:
- with a focus on environmental contribution (“Planet” Selection);
- contributing to the well-being and safety of people at work (“People” Selection); and/or,
- contributing to improving societal impact on local communities (“Community” Selection).
