About the project

We search for an experienced Software Verification Manager / SW QA Lead. You will work 30% hands-on in SW Project as Verification Manager and 70% as SW QA Lead that will lead SW Quality initiatives to define and implement best practices in regards to verification process, lean documentation and testing. If you are creative person and have passion for doing high quality software development then you are a perfect candidate.

Your responsibilities

Candidate`s main duties would include:

As SW QA Lead:

- Leading cross-project initiatives focused on SW quality.

- Analyzing changes to internal regulations (SOP’s) and external standards (e.g. 21 CFR).

- Continues improvement of our documentation efforts and best practices to keep documentation lightweight, lean, high quality and compliant.

- Preparing tech-talks and trainings for SW engineers.

- Close collaboration with QA department.

- Participating in Audits, internal workshops and reviews.

- Leading SW Process Excellence Community in SW Department.

As SW Verification Manager:

- Participating in review of requirements, design, and other work products with a focus on quality and testability.

- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort within the context of each release.

- Preparing and delivering test progress reports and test summary reports.

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience as Test Lead, Verification Manager, SW QA Lead, etc.

  • University degree in Computer-Science or comparable education.

  • Very good knowledge from the software development life cycle (Waterfall, Agile).

  • Expertise in designing, conducting and documenting tests.

  • Experience with test case management systems, source control tools and defect management systems.

  • Design Control expertise.

  • Experience with implementing product changes through a structured, phase-gated product development process.

  • Experience solving problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism in complex situations, and foresees problems along with potential solutions.

  • Experience in driving QA initiatives.

  • Experience in internal audits is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English written and spoken.

  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize own work and teams work.

  • Accuracy, reliability and quality awareness.

  • Customer first and "can do" mind set.

  • Ability to work in a fast-changing and complex R&D environment.
