Our Team, Swiss Universal Bank Change Portfolio Management Poland, part of the Swiss Universal Bank COO Business Area in Wroclaw and Zurich, is looking for a Change Portfolio Management Specialist. We handle the Swiss Universal Bank Change Portfolio and cooperate closely with our partners in all Swiss Universal Bank Business Areas.
 
Your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Supporting Change Portfolio Managers based in Zurich in portfolio management queries as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
  • Checking the quality and timeliness of the Swiss Universal Bank Program status reporting
  • Monitoring the quality of program deliverables, milestones, risks and benefits
  • Taking care of the change request process
  • Preparing Business Area review decks
  • Liaising with Business Area Change Portfolio Managers proactively for quality assurance reasons and supporting them in the use of the Portfolio Management System (Clarity / OnePPM)
  • Supporting and conducting Change Portfolio training sessions to Swiss Universal Bank Program Managers

You Offer

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in PMO / Portfolio Management or Project Management role(s) and expertise in processes related to project or program portfolio management and project management office activities
  • You hold a degree-level education
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel
  • Ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and coordination skills
  • Committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
  • An outstanding teammate with an ability to think and act independently
  • Hardworking self-starter, passionate about new challenges
  • Experience in banking/finance industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in working with Clarity / OnePPM and/or other project portfolio management tools will be an asset
