  • An interesting role as Business Manager that offers you the right platform to apply and further develop your capabilities in business, project and operational management. The role is part of the SUB Site Management Poland team based in Wroclaw, reporting directly to the SUB Site Manager Poland.
  • As Business Manager you will ensure all deployed functions are compliant with outsourcing standards, ensure proper reporting of Operational risks, facilitate management meetings, represent SUB Poland in regional committees and cover many other interesting responsibilities.
  • A very diverse set of roles and responsibilities, which you take responsibility for as an individual and as a team member. The mandate of the SUB Site Management Poland team includes governance and supervision, human capital management and strategic talent development, organizational and process effectiveness, operational risk and compliance oversight, and the proactive collaboration with diverse partners to develop SUB’s footprint in Poland.

You Offer

  • At least 2 to 3 years professional experience in business management and/or project related tasks, preferable in an international corporate environment
  • Detailed knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English to communicate with our partners, a further language such as German would be an additional asset
  • Relevant master/bachelor degree or equivalent education in an area related to Project Management, Business Administration, Human Capital Management or Finance
  • Willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Combine persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set
  • Dedicated to seek challenges and have a natural curiosity and an attitude of adopting change
  • Strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions and hierarchies have enabled you in the past to deliver good results
