Your responsibilities
- Act as process expert on Travel and Expense
- Act as process expert on Credit Card process
- Manage MyExpense implementations (Concur + policy compliance)
- Drive process improvements
- Support system maintenance
- Act as single point of contact for all process related changes
- Support maintenance of data integrity between the systems
Our requirements
- At least 3-year experience in a business environment.
- Very good knowledge of Concur system
- Experience in Accounts Payable or in administration of corporate card or purchasing card program will be a plus.
- IT agility
- Very good English skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stake holders at all levels.
- Proven analytical and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to utilize problem resolution skills in a fast paced and sensitive area.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Work well under pressure of meeting ongoing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Project management experience will be a plus
- Previous Accounting or Finance experience will be a plus
