Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues including server side and client side, monitoring, patching, installation, deployment, configuration, backup, performance tuning.

  • Work with customers to troubleshoot and resolve deployment & configuration related problems on various platforms on customer premises and in 3rd party environments,

  • Conduct system administrator tasks as required, including system upgrade test and validation.

  • SaaS Products from a Development and Integration perspective into the customer environment.

  • Internal and external technical communication on bugs, fixes, and other issues and communicate the resolutions to all users.

  • Propose, design, implement and maintain software components & deployment automation which meet project requirements.

  • Develop, mature and maintain metrics, reporting, documentation.

  • Actively participate in project planning, design brainstorm sessions and scrum meetings.

  • Work with engineering teams to deploy easy-to-use tools.

  • Extract business data from the system.

Our requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a system administrator and/or advanced user of the PLM systems.

  • Strong communication skills in English.


  • Comfortable with working in Agile context.

  • Practical familiarity with API of PLM systems.

  • Working knowledge of Oracle or MSSQL databases, database performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Python, Linux Shell).

  • Familiarity with concepts that impact software development, such as TCP/IP, DNS, Ethernet, Virtualization, Security and Network Administration, Firewalls, Authentication.

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) best practices.

  • Familiarity in engineering and manufacturing industry.

  • Being proactive, adjusting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
