Knowledge of basic networking technology, including TCP/IP, LANs and WANs (DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, Proxy).
Excellent understanding of computer hardware.
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Can take the initiative, good teamwork skills, the ability and desire to work in multitasking mode.
