Your responsibilities
Active Directory (hybrid) environment configuration, maintenance and hardening
User management (provision, policies, access and rights management)
Installing, maintaining and upgrading internal server hardware and software systems
Patch management across the organisation
Network configuration, management and monitoring (CISCO and Sophos solutions)
Virtualisation management, maintenance (VMware)
Backup management
Close collaboration with cloud engineering, security and help desk teams
Our requirements
Open, friendly and helpful attitude along with self-starter approach
Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environment backed up by several years of commercial experience
Very good administrative knowledge of desktop MS Windows
Good working knowledge of virtualisation (especially on VMware)
Good networking skills backed up by several years of experience is designing, configuring and/or maintaining networks (CISCO or Sophos solutions preferred)
Good knowledge of backup solutions, principles and good practices
Abilitiy to communicate in English - meeting participation, stakeholder communication (also verbal)
Optional
Fluency in German and/or Polish
Experience in Active Directory evironments with 500-1000 users
Administrative knowledge of MacOS and/or any modern Linux desktop distros
Experience with software deployment for user endpoints (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Baramundi)
Experience in suporting business in a e-commerce company or a software house
PowerShell scripting knowledge
Experience in mentoring / leading junior employees
TV Series knowledge, PC/console/retro console gaming skills, table tennis skills, fluency in memes :)
