The company accelerates therapy development by designing immunity, decoding microbiome, analysing biomedical images and providing digital drug discovery services. Ardigen’s team is rooted in biology and holds deep expertise in bioinformatics, machine learning, and software engineering. The company’s in-house datasets together with advanced AI platforms empower the development of effective precision therapies.

Your responsibilities
Before the project starts:
Participate in calls with the clients that lead to the technical definition of the project scope
Define and provide technical input for project proposals that are delivered in line with the Agile methodology
Prep Product Owner and the Development Team when starting on the project with the technical details
On the project:
Work with project teams, IT and non-IT technical teams and researchers on the client side to monitor the business requirements and translate them into high-level goals as well as specific tasks for developers, together with a timeline and prioritisation
Based on the client’s requirements, propose new projects and adjustments
Identify opportunities for optimisation of processes, communication flaw, and decision chain
Be a point of contact between the clients, development team, and other parties
Ability to provide a systematic approach, sense of responsibility, ownership and strong, positive customer focus
Our requirements
Experience working as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in the IT industry
Experience in defining technical requirements and deliverables for project proposals that will be carried out according to Agile principles
Experience working on projects in a complex matrix organisation involving multiple reporting lines
Aptitude with both technical documentation and higher-level technical guides and feature briefs
Optional
Experience with biotechnology or pharmaceutical domain
Familiarity with developer documentation is a plus
Experience with process optimisation
