About the project
- Team strength: 10 internal colleagues + 4 external colleagues
- Virtual team (colleagues from Germany and Slovakia) +Standpoint in Krakow
- Daily regular exchange with colleagues
- 60 % regular operation; 40 % project/requirement topics
- Specialist team advises, plans, implements and operates solutions for end customers
- Support: 1st level support via a central service desk --> 2nd/3rd support by specialist unit/manufacturer
- Customer clientele: German savings banks and insurance companies
- Focus: configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the Exchange environments
- System solution deployment: mainly on-premise
- Training and development opportunities
Your responsibilities
Configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the Exchange environments in used (on-premise, hybrid, online)
Ideally, you have knowledge of 2 or more of the following areas:
Management of e-mail security solutions (e.g. mail gateway, mail relays)
Management of email encryption gateways
Support in the operation of the existing mobile device management solutions
Management of the existing Skype on-premise environments
Operation of Teams via Azure AD
Participation in the strategic further development of the infrastructure and the associated security systems
Participation in projects and support/advice in the context of requests for quotations and their subsequent implementation
Troubleshooting and problem analysis as part of the incident (2nd / 3rd level) and problem management
Creation and maintenance of documentation
Mobile working / home office is possible, regular team meetings in one of the company locations are welcome
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft Exchange
Experience with Exchange AddOns such as Code2 or Group IQ.Suite
Experience in operating a content and security gateway such as Cisco ESA, FortiMail or Clearswift Mimesweeper
in operation an encryption gateway such as Totemo, Z1 SecureMail or Compumail
Good knowledge of M365 and hybrid Exchange infrastructures
Experience using (Exchange) Powershell
Knowledge of mobile device management solutions such as MobileIron is advantageous
Knowledge of UC solutions such as teams or Skype on Premise is advantageous
Communicative, open and proactive way of being
ITIL knowledge or certification desirable
Analytical thinking and a systematic and independent way of working
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Good knowledge of German will be an adventage
