System Manager Digital Procurement

In a dynamic environment you will have an important role in defining how Digital Procurement will operate globally over the next couple of years. You will be in charge of all Digital Procurement Systems on a global level. You contribute to our company’s success by driving continuous improvement activities.

Your job:

  • Managing and maintaining all Digital Procurement Systems (Procurement Data Warehouse, Qlik Sense, Supplier Management System)
  • Analyze existing procurement processes; evaluate how they can be improved and integrated digitally
  • Ensure continuous improvement along the Procure-To-Pay process
  • Develop concepts for continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Increase Procurement productivity by converting manual activities into automated processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges
  • Present solutions for the business needs by improving processes and systems
  • Ensure that all systems and processes are used along the defined processes
  • Ensure that the needed data is captured and structured in the right way to derive insights
  • Create analyses and dashboards that support our growth and strategy in identifying opportunities and making better business decisions
  • Create infrastructure to help others self-serve with analytics needs
  • Train and coach associates in technical capabilities

Your profile:

  • Educated to degree level (Bachelor, Master) in computer science or other relevant discipline
  • 5 – 7 years of working experience in a technical environment
  • Practical experience in data analytics and computational sciences
  • Ideally relevant experience in a procurement function / manufacturing organization
  • Strong command of SAP and Excel, Microsoft Dynamics is an additional advantage
  • Experienced in using Business Intelligence Systems
  • Programming skills are a benefit
  • Ability to work in an international environment with a global team located in remote locations
  • Analytical mindset
  • Fluency in English, any additional language considered a plus
  • Readiness to travel globally (up to 40%)
