In the role of System Services Representative you will be accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support and operational services for the clients. You will be the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware support.
Your main duties will include:
– Problem solving within the hardware area
– Repair actions of hardware for IBM and Multi-Vendor Services
– Field Service Delivery
– Installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and hardware components
– Creating new services opportunities
Requirements:
- Technical oriented education.
- Knowledge of disk storage servers, server, SAN, tape, network environment
- English in speaking, writing, listening at least level B1
- Good communications skills
- Team player attitude
- Experience within customer oriented role
- Driving license
- Capability to participate in 24/7 service delivery structure
- Knowledge of IBM, HP, Dell, Cisco, Lenovo etc equipment
- Experience in service delivery within above products
