The System Data Analyst is a member of the External Expert Engagement Services (E3S) team within the GBS – Compliance, Legal & Contracting Operations business unit. The analyst is responsible for partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to drive various internal financial and event management systems. E3S team members maintain and support the systems for end to end request and contract processes as required by individual countries (for example, across Europe, the US, Canada, Australia). Candidate must display high customer focus attitude with technical skills of debugging through multiple applications and interfaces.
Your responsibilities
System administration, data load and set up in OCE (Orchestrated Customer Engagement) based Salesforce system
Responsible for day to day running of relevant E3S Systems and to be liaison with software provider, internal IT and services teams as system administrator/subject matter expert
Responsible for supervision, prioritization, and resolution of all system related tickets. Drive system fixes, defects and resolution configuration
Identification, analysis, ownership, and resolution of repeated incidents leading to permanent resolution
Identifying risks and implementation of appropriate corresponding controls
Perform UAT for BAU system changes in Test and Prod environments
Responsible for maintenance of system architecture, including data migration, mapping, and quality
Communicate with stakeholders regarding the release schedule and upcoming enhancements
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements to existing processes or defining new processes and updating documentation as necessary.
Assist with documentation and configuration of any required or requested application changes
Able to work with various data analytics tools from Excel to Power BI/ Salesforce reporting
Generate ad hoc reports as needed and system data searches for stakeholders
Maintain high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree (ideally Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline) or equivalent experience
Proven business/technical experience working with complex integrated systems, using creative and critical-thing skills to deliver exceptional results
Experience working with and/or managing IT Providers or Business Relationship Management
Prior experience as application support engineer or analyst
Proven knowledge of Salesforce
Strong ethical, collaborative, influencing, innovative and customer-centric skills
Excellent organizational skills, as well as ability to handle deadlines, details and multiple tasks
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to respond to rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrated a can-do approach and willingness to learn new skills
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, including oral & written English

Experience of working in a matrix organisation
Salesforce Orchestrated Customer Engagement experience
Prior exposure or familiarity with scripts (e.g., Microsoft Excel + VBA, Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) will be a plus
