    Job Purpose: 

    This role sits within the Order to Delivery Team Global Operations Support Team whereby OTD encompasses the planning for tomorrow's deliveries, managing the within day delivery challenges and then ensuring that our back-office systems reflect what really happened.
     
    As the OTD Systems Advisor, you will take on an exciting challenge of ensuring 24X7 Seamless System Uptime across OTD hubs globally as well as looking for ways to motivate and inspire the team to exceed performance expectations. 

    Principal Accountabilities: 

    • Accountable for Seamless System Uptime across OTD hubs including Business Continuity support. 

    • Single point of contact for ALL IT Run & Maintain activities, including 3rd party support assistance.

    • Support Operations system and tools readiness given the business need (bundle releases, system upgrades, new versions, new depots, etc.). 

    • Support OTD Hubs in their Continuous Improvement / LEAN journey to drive improved customer service and cost efficiency. 

    • Support new system projects and tools testing and implementation, including business testing and implementation of new versions or interfaces. 

    • Support intra & inter Hub Process Standardization activities in collaboration with other teams. 

    • Drive most efficient use of OTD IT systems

    • Consult/seek advice with Global Operational Excellence regarding Scheduling and Optimization, bug and design improvements

    Operating on a 24X7 shift in a rotating manner 

    Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of SAP

    • Excellent stakeholder management skills 

    • Skills and/or knowledge in professional Continuous Improvement techniques (e.g. LEAN). 

    • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills 

    • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.

    • University degree - preferably in Information Technology 

    • Min. 3 years of experience in System Support field

    • English min. C1
