About the project
You will be a key member of the Enterprise Infrastructure, Storage and Backup team, defining, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical technical infrastructure. You should be multi-skilled, demonstrating excellent technical competency with the ability to ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.
This position will take an active hands-on role delivering and managing Information Technology solutions, technical initiatives, and business projects with on premise equipment as well as cloud hosted services. You will utilize your communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help resolve issues as well as design and implement solutions.
Your responsibilities
Support applications such as Sailpoint Bastion, OKTA, D007, UMRA, DUO, RVIEW, AWS, DNS, AVATIER, APRD/ACRA
Write batch and shell scripts for computer systems automation and information gathering
Review computer systems performance and identify, recommend and implement corrective actions
Document server design run books
Develop guidelines and installation instructions for software programs and code upgrades
Build Operating system patch deployment and code deployment methodologies
Responsible for storage configurations and general understand of SAN Storage and tools
Participate in the execution of Disaster Recovery exercises and own specific server tasks
Our requirements
Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux OS platforms
Basic knowledge of Networking and storage configuration
Very good English language skills
Optional
Windows 3+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments
VMware 3+ years hands on administration of VMware environments
Linux 3+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments
3+ years of hands on experience with Identity management software solutions like Avatier
Hands on experience with AWS, SailPoint and Active Directory
ITIL Foundations Certified U
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialists ﴾MCTS﴿
