Your responsibilities
Approving expense reports in KDS Neo system: having the control over travel bills, GL accounts/expense types, tax Code; rejections of expense reports which do not belong into Neo (Assets, Fleet costs); flagging expense reports with errors, questions
Initial scope: DE & PL, UK extension in the future
Credit Card statements posting in SAP
Participation in team daily calls
Support to process-related projects and/or transitions
Our requirements
Min. 1 year in similar position as T&E Accountant in SSC/BPO environment
Polish accounting knowledge/hands-on experience
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of KDS Neo will be an advantage
Very good English (B2+) & good German (B1)
Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and self-motivation
