T&E Manager & GBPO

Position Summary


Travel & Expense (T&E) manager & Global business process owner will be responsible for proposal and delivery of long term T&E process agenda. This will include ensuring appropriate end to end process design as well as leading change projects in the organization.  The person will manage the T&E team in Poland and oversee the T&E operations in GFO Shanghai hub. The manager will also be responsible for optimization activities, will lead global process standardization and internal controls enforcement. This position will provide oversight and support for key projects, process improvements, and system enhancements. 


  • Ensures appropriate end to end process design, globally synchronizing process changes
  • Defines, proposes and delivers a compelling long term process agenda
  • Proposes, delivers and adjusts T&E data analytics agenda to support company goals
  • Ensures operational effectiveness through: monitoring and reporting process performance against KPIs
  • Benchmarks against internal and external reference points
  • Drives & synchronizes continuous improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes
  • Assure alignment and seamless collaboration within the process and with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a focal and escalation point
  • Ensures proper design and execution of relevant process controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identifies and delivers system, tool & technology enhancements
  • Manages T&E teams in Poland & Shanghai hub and team of T&E analysts
  • Ensures efficient staffing and succession planning
  • Drives high employee engagement and empowerment



  • Recommended master’s degree in Economics, International business or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of Travel & Expense process, previous T&E experience in SSC environment recommended
  • Proven experience in project and change management
  • Proven experience in create/built businesss analysis for change management project
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience in T&E area
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Familiarity with CONCUR/SAP Expense would be an asset
