The Derivatives Regulatory Reporting MI&C team is responsible for monitoring the status of OTC Derivatives, Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and Client Cleared Trades reported to US and European Regulators. This is performed through the completion of daily position reconciliation process and trade rejection monitoring. The team performs analysis of reconciliation results and investigation of issues highlighted in regards to breaks or timeliness. The reporting status and progress is communicated to Management through the use of KPIs and KRIs, as well as metrics prepared based off analyses, presented in various senior management meetings.
Overall team’s responsibilities can be summarized as follows:
- Monitor daily levels of data quality across assigned asset classes and ensure correct trade reporting to trade repositories, then categorize identified breaks and investigate to specify a root cause (Control Team).
- Investigate any failed reported trade, then take appropriate action for resolution by liaising with IT and Ops to fix the root cause (Exception Management Team).
- Provide regular MI on reporting accuracy and timeliness, to be used by Performance and Business Risk review committees (Metrics Team).
- Maintain Reference Data within the firms systems, manage the provision of MI, escalation of issues internally to business partners (Financial Transaction Tax Team).
We are looking for a candidate that would join our Metrics team and be our Tableau subject matter expert. You will work closely with IT (writing requirements for data to be delivered via data lakes and monitoring the progress of it) and internal MI&C team on automating / moving current controls to Tableau as well as developing new views for the management.
You will get an insight to derivative regulatory reporting targets and focus areas, would develop an understanding of how different team processes manage and assist these, as the role requires interaction with all sub teams in Poland as well as with colleagues in London, Raleigh and New York.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years as Tableau developer.
- SQL knowledge would be a plus.
- Proficient Excel user. VBA would be an asset.
- Client service experience would be an advantage.
- Hold degree in finance/banking.
- Results-oriented individual with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform to high level of accuracy and have good attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to identify issues, propose and implement solutions.
