Your responsibilities

  • Manage the cooperation with the agencies on a daily basis, hold weekly/monthly sync meetings to provide them with regular update on candidate status

  • Initial contact with new agencies (phone, email, in-mail communication) in needed

  • Define a list of selected vacancies to the agency with all necessary requirements

  • Generate qualified leads for the recruiters by prescreening and selecting application provided from agencies, freelance recruiters etc

  • Collaborate with TA Lead/recruiter on updating on the candidate's status from the agency

  • Maintain informing external / internal stakeholders about candidate decisions etc

  • Maintain the internal tracking system for agency collaboration updated

  • Actively analyze performance of cooperation with agencies and and look for futures solutions if needed (Poland, if required – all EU, US)

  • Escalate to Head of TA risks and issues with agency

  • Represent Mobica at meeting with external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Head of TA in maintaining the cooperation with agencies

  • Collaborate with TA Admins on other task assigned

Our requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, especially in international environment

  • Experience in Account Management would be an asset

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership for actions and driving improvements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Notion) would be an asset
