Talent Acquisition Administrator will use excellent communication skills to manage a variety of functions related to recruitment, including reporting to the hiring manager and coordinating communication between job applicants and Talent Acquisition Team. The person in this role will also be trained in talent sourcing and will support the team with approaching suitable candidates and leading end-to-end recruitment processes
Scheduling phone screenings with candidates upon request from Talent Acquisition Team
Scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers, creating calendar invitations, sending interview confirmations
Maintaining candidate information
Updating applicant tracking system
Maintaining regular communication with active candidates
Supporting Talent Acquisition Team in building proactive relationships with job centers, career offices, career fairs and organizing activity at those events
Preparing documents, presentations and reports
Supporting Talent Acquisition Team in social media activities
Some experience of working within an administrative environment (ideally in Shared Service Centre)
Willingness to develop sourcing/recruiting skills and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes
Some experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems - desirable
Some experience in building relationships with stakeholders in the UK or other European markets- desirable
Fluent English-spoken and written
Good level of spoken and written French will be a strong asset
Good communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work independently
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize
