The region covers a huge geographical area from Russia, former CIS, to Eastern Europe from Baltics to Albania. The EEC headquarter team is based in Prague. The commercial activities are managed through 6 sub regions.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist
Workplace: Leszno

Purpose of the Job:

ASSA ABLOY Poland Region is looking for theTalent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist. The job holder will be responsible for bringing key talents on board to support growth of ASSA ABLOY in Poland. A person will work closely with HR team and Hiring Managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies. A person will act as a brand ambassador and building an employer branding on Polish labor market. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Heading recruitment processes for a broad range of positions for 3 entities within Region Poland
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, employee referral programs, job fairs, collaboration with Universities)
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
  • Creating talent pools and keeping candidates warm in the pipeline will help you to build a great network of potential hires.
  • Managing applications for job advertisements, selecting candidates, contacting candidates at every stage of recruitment process with Managers in Poland and within corporation
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Cooperating with local HR
  • Working on transferring Group strategy and corporate identity to concrete tactics, to support brand recognition externally and internal engagement initiatives
  • Maintaining recruitment data and preparing reports
  • Coordinating induction process within all entities
  • Participating other HR projects (i.e. employee engagement survey)

Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment by using different channels among them direct search
  • University degree (preferable HR Management)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Structured, methodical and analytical approach to work, high standards regarding quality of own work
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle more various projects
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with analyzing and presenting data
  • Delivery focused
  • Have communication and employer branding drive
  • Be open-minded, creative and Social Media savvy
  • Excellent English is a must
  • Ability to travel as required for the role, car driving license cat. B.
