Talent Acquisition Consultant with German

Based on our dynamic growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant with German who will provide off-site sourcing activities for our RPO Client.

Your new role

Your role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies. Duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to:

You will be responsible for delivering suitable candidates to the workforce /demand plan. You will be responsible for sourcing and attraction approach to ensure this meets the client requirements using a variety of media. You will work in collaboration with Recruitment Partner (RP) on vacancy and advise RP on appropriate attraction methodology with the client. You will be responsible for cost effective sourcing - directly from market or through advertising response or database mining. You will be responsible for delivering against agreed timetables/SLAs/ratios. If required, you will write advertisement and release to external job boards, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation. You will send shortlist of candidates to RP or as pre-agreed.

You are fluent in English and German. You would like to start your career in recruitment. You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will be able to handle multiple tasks. You will be able to work under pressure. You are a team player with a good positive attitude. You are accurate with data entry and you have proven IT Skills (MS Office, Outlook). You have an experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner. You are able to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines. You have an experience of building and maintaining relationships.
