    We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for recruitment to join our team supporting Germany, Switzerland and Austria based in Wroclaw, Bucharest or Sofia. The role will have a focus on proactively sourcing interns, graduates and those early in their careers. To succeed in this team you need to be confident in managing the full recruitment cycle, organized, motivated and a real team player, but with the drive and ability to work with relative autonomy.


    Responsibilities:

    • You will identify and implement key sourcing and screening strategies, using your  knowledge of the labor market, competition, external and internal intern talent, and target universities
    • You will own developing and maintaining effective networks (through organizing social media initiatives, and engaging with university career centers and vendors) to attract top university and early career talent
    • Consult with hiring managers and recruiters to understand business needs and develop a sourcing plan
    • Build and maintain talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands
    • Fully qualifying the candidate during an initial telephone screening conversation
    • You will provide a partnered and consultative service to stakeholders
    • Sourcing of candidates via low cost / direct channels including job boards, databases, internal talent tools, employee referrals, business networking and social media sites
    • Use direct and proactive outreach methods to passive talent, including cold calling and headhunting

    Education and Experience:

    • Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential
    • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 2 years of related professional experience either in a recruitment agency, RPO or corporate recruitment environment

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Passionate about university recruitment and love working in a team
    • End to end recruitment cycle experience; from taking the manager job briefing through to negotiating the offer and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of the successful candidate
    • Experience of directly sourcing external candidates
    • Proven account management and relationship building skills.
    • Good knowledge of the IT industry
    • Experience of recruiting in the German market (preferred)
    • Strong business acumen
    • Strong communications skills
    • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to respond independently to complex situations
    Support will be provided by the current team in order to build your knowledge of the HPE businesses, systems, and recruitment channels – you will be offered general induction training and on-the-job training in line with the best-in-class HR practices.
