    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Location: Warsaw

     

    You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service both the internal and external candidates, hiring managers & recruitment lead to ultimately ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment service.  This will include support in both the interview and onboarding process. 

    You will be arranging interviews/assessment centres and supporting the Recruitment Partner with creating/distributing assessor packs and collateral.  For internal interview panels/hiring managers you will create interview invitations, room bookings, Video Conferencing connections for international interviews and support with organisation, attending assessment centres and other administrative tasks where required.

    For the on boarding process you will be responsible for the sending of offer documentation and contracts for new starters coming into the business and ensuring the candidate has a smooth and positive experience when joining the organisation.  This will also include ensuring they have the relevant equipment, system access and their induction plan is communicated in the lead up to day 1.

    Keeping the recruitment tracker up to date and regular reporting updates on the functions recruitment will be part of this role along.

    Major Responsibilities

    • To deliver a professional and consistent administration service to Talent Acquisition/Recruitment customers, both internal and external, using AstraZeneca systems and processes in line with agreed service levels
    • To ensure that all processes and transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
    • To identify and escalate any potential or actual problems/issues with delivering to service levels to customers.
    • To contribute to the provision of management information and requests for reports to ensure these are provided within the specified time scales
    • To contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the team and TAQ overall performance by supporting and sharing knowledge and information with team members and other appropriate colleagues
    • To implement and follow through any changes to processes and transactions to agreed standards and times scales
    • To take responsibility for actions and promises to both internal and external customers and act in a way that partners with the business to deliver a centre of excellence that informs, educates and provides high quality HR administrative specialist support in an efficient & effective manner

    Minimum Requirements

    • Strong administration background
    • Advanced MS Word & Excel User
    • Experience of working within a customer service environment
    • Experience of dealing with customers on a one to one basis using both verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience of working flexibly within an environment where priorities often change
    • Experience of working in a high volume transaction processing environment, ideally with HR processes
    • Experience of working in a changing environment
    • Knowledge of Recruitment Policy/Procedures
