Your responsibilities
Design processes that can be optimized through technology and streamline practices ensuring all programs are adhering to the highest standards possible.
Design, implement and manage the end to end talent acquisition plan to respond proactively to the ever-changing business needs and acting with agility and speed.
Design, Lead and follow on KPIs to identify trends and areas of opportunity through data.
Lead, inspire and develop the capabilities of recruiters and hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, and hire talent. Provide mentorship, coaching, guidance, and career/capability development to members of your team.
Successfully manage key relationships and contracts with Search firms and other talent acquisition vendors.
Ensure the recruitment policies are accurate and up to date and make changes when needed and follow any US policies where applicable.
Review the market conditions with Compensation EU to make recommendations on proposed salaries and levels.
Deploys compliant practices, and works with a team to ensure these efforts are well documented and the team is properly trained.
Our requirements
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Director or similar role (min 3 years)
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
2 years of process design and program management deployment
Substantial experience in business partnering at leadership level
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Project management experience, excellent organizational skills, with ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines
Ability to motivate and influence others without direct reporting line
Strong interpersonal skills to immediately establish the necessary credibility on all the levels of the organization
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
Strong skills in English.
