Talent Acquisition Lead CEE

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead CEE who will drive our Candidate & Employee Experience journey. You will join a dream team and be part of a meaningful product aiming to engage people, improve and power companies culture. You'll be accountable for setting Talent Acquisition strategy for CEE markets, lead the team of passionate professionals and implement the latest Talent Acquisition trends related to recruitment, employer branding, candidates and new hires experience.


How you will make a difference:

  • Partner with Key Stakeholders and People Leads to create a robust and agile hiring strategy to build effective attraction, sourcing and closing strategies
  • Setting and deploying Talent Acquisition strategy supported by KPIs, metrics, processes and tools. 
  • Building and leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across CEE who are passionate about delivering the best candidate and employee experience
  • Designing and leveraging solutions, tools, policies to address specific cluster needs
  • Shaping and driving relations with third parties to ensure top quality and performance
  • Building metrics and data driven approach to support business decisions
  • Focusing on diversity and inclusion by helping to educate hiring team and building processes that ensure we are recruiting without bias and hiring the best talent
  • Shaping employer branding strategy and execution by producing creative talent attraction campaigns through digital, social media, email marketing and other innovative methods
  • Be an ambassador of a new and different approach to attracting, sourcing and hiring that fits latest market trends

Assess if you fit to our role:

  • 5+ years of  delivering the best candidate and employee experience in areas of Recruitment, Employer Branding and Onboarding
  • 3+ years of experience managing and inspiring a high-performing recruiting teams
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, trends and best practices
  • Be exceptionally client-focused, partnering with both our business leaders, hiring managers, and external candidates to deliver a first-class experience for all stakeholders
  • You have the know-how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent and know your ways around different sourcing tools
  • You are passionate about TA and are able to speak about it in English
