Recruitment for

Our client is an international and fast-growing company, global market leader of tobacco products.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition to ensure access to top talents based on present and future needs;

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, referrals) to fill open positions;Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details in relation to the present expectations and future needs of the organization;Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, and others;

  • Courting top candidates;

  • Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, conduct interviews, recommend candidates for the short list;

  • Design interview questions that reflect each position's requirements;

  • Checking applicants' references;

  • Supporting in development programs to reward and retain top talent;

  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;

  • Lead employer branding initiatives: plan, organize, attend career fairs and related events (on-line and offline) to promote the company's brand.

Employer requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;

  • Preferable experience in talent acquisition in various countries in Europe;

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks;

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations;

  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work in a multicultural environment;

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field;

  • Communication skills - be able to relay important company information to new candidates and employees, communicate hiring decisions, and give written and verbal presentations about findings, programs, and strategies;

  • Interpersonal skills - ability to gauge the potential of new employees, conduct and oversee one-on-one and group interviews, scout untapped talent, and listen to the needs and concerns of fellow staff members.;

  • Organizational skills;

  • Technical skills - ability to use social platforms and online job boards to scout and recruit new employees. Use an applicant tracking system and other types of databases to automate and optimize the hiring process.
