For our Client- global manufacturing company based in Wrocław we are looking for an experienced recruiter and natural leader for a Talent Acquisition Leader position. This person will take the ownership for the recruitment processes and EB strategy in the factory.

Description

• Development and implementation of recruitment strategy for Wrocław Site
• Provide subject matter expertise as a Talent Acquisition Consultant to stakeholders.
• Overseeing recruitment policies and process, development of talent acquisition plans
• Preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to recruitment area
• Manage, develop and motivate Recruitment Team members
• Oversee recruitment budget and optimize costs
• Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

• University degree,
• At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role(Leader or Coordinator) gained in international company
• Strong practical knowledge related to processes and challenges related to recruitment area
• Previous experience in people management
• communicative English,
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
