Responsibility for the overall service delivery of our agent profiles by collaborating closely with Operations, Training, and HR departments, in order to meet growth and attrition requirements
Managing the company´s relationship with customers, vendors, contractors, and other parties, by acting as the central point of contact internally and externally for TA-related topics
Planning, executing, monitoring, and closing Recruitment projects
Performing quality assurance and risk management
Managing project team members, direct or indirect
Contributing to cross-country initiatives & projects supporting the Recruitment area
You need a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in - preferably - a fast-paced (international) - environment managing virtual teams in a matrix organization and you have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership in Recruitment
You will have extensive experience in and knowledge of Recruitment tools that can be used for Recruitment and Sourcing. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of competitive behavior and market trends and is experienced in a performance-driven environment
You have a bachelor's degree and/or proven competencies in HR management, Recruitment, and Sourcing
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Preferably with experience in a multinational company in a multicultural setting
English - full proficiency in writing and speaking
Ability to collaborate, negotiate and manage client expectations
Working knowledge of the principles and practices of industries relevant to the client supported the company's growth goals. Regularly applies principles, theories, and concepts, and has the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines or operational requirements
Strong leadership, consulting, and organizational commitment
High level of business maturity and sense of responsibility
Highly analytical and must be results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
Open to travel across Europe
