Your responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading the team of experienced recruiters and sources who support the DNV hiring managers to build a great organization of talented individuals. Additionally, you will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and Hiring Managers.
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Manager for the GSS Global Center HR in Gdynia.
To succeed as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in a full recruiting cycle and building talent acquisition strategies. You should follow the new trends and be the inspiring leader for your team, sharing the best practices with them and be committed to help them grow in our company.
In your role you will:
• Build relationships with internal customers from various Business Areas
• Lead projects aimed at improvements implementation for different European markets and business sectors
• Manage recruitment team of 20+ Specialist, with two Team Leaders directly reporting to you by inspiring in everyday activities, ensuring continuous development, building the team spirit
• Optimize our existing operational processes to ensure efficiency and service quality for our applicants and hiring managers
• Develop and maintain a network of passive contacts and communities to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Participate in strategic planning and forecasting with stakeholders to map future hiring needs to staffing plans
• Plan, monitor and manage the team’s work (distribute tasks among Recruitment Team, set targets and manage performance)
• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Analyze of the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and sources of candidate acquisition
• Suggest most efficient sourcing methods for the given project and choosing the optimum recruitment channel
• Lead TA strategy within assigned region; align business demand plans and communicate with delivery teams
• Driving recruitment delivery solutions to meet business hiring needs (critical roles, restructuring, ramp up, footprint moves, growth etc.)
• Own, consult and manage external executive search for roles in assigned segments and regions; oversee solutions for value creation roles
• Proactively seek and lead project work, which contributes to the efficiency and improvement of hiring.

A minimum of 5 years Human Resources and Shared Services experience in international organization
Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager
Leadership and strategic thinking skills
Excellent English skills required - written and verbal
Hands-on mentality, proactive approach, positive attitude
Analytical mind, knowledge regarding recruitment and hiring process and ability to “think outside of the box” to deliver pragmatic solutions to daily challenges faced by stakeholders
Familiarity with Lean methodology will be an asset
