Recruitment for

a globally known company related to the technology area for the Krakow branch of SSC.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordination of the internal recruitment team for the EMEA market

  • Managing the RPO service provider and external agencies

  • Creating recruitment and sourcing strategies

  • Coordination and evaluation of Employer Branding activities

  • Managing cost and quality efficiency

Employer requirements

  • Previous experience in team management (1-3 years)

  • Recruitment experience will be an additional asset

  • English and Polish at the C1 / C2 level

  • Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

  • Excellent consulting and relationship building skills

  • Project management skills.
