Your responsibilities

  • Leading the successful team of 4 Senior Recruiters, ensuring development opportunities and continuous growth.

  • Creating a world-class candidate experience and ensuring our process is smooth and effective for all who interview with us.

  • Implementing best practices around recruitment strategy, candidate sourcing, candidate care, timelines, and interviews.

  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, focusing on sourcing great candidates that are a strong cultural fit for BOLD.

  • Form strong partnerships with other business functions to collaborate and solve business issues with a constant eye on continuous improvement.

  • This role will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director based in San Francisco.

Our requirements

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience with min. 2 years of management experience of talent acquisition teams.

  • Focus on team development and work quality.

  • Hands-on experience with tech/product recruitment.

  • Hands-on experience with executing hiring plans for the organization.

  • Good knowledge about tech companies and the Polish job market. Previous experience with a multinational company is a plus.

  • Experience leading talent acquisition and creating an outstanding candidate experience.

  • Knowledgeable in creative sourcing strategies to aid in the filling of our unique and critical positions.

  • Agile mindset, love for optimizing processes and implementing improvements based on HR metrics.

  • Strong collaboration skills including clear communication, information sharing, and influencing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Fluent command of Polish and English (to recruit for English-speaking hiring managers).

How do we work?

Our points of reference are Jira and OKRTs (Objectives, Key Results, Tasks), which we plan every quarter for our team and individually.

We work with tools such as Workday, Recruitee, JIRA, Confluence, Officevibe, and Organimi.

We have brief dailies to discuss important topics and update each other.

Every 6 months, during the performance review, we discuss the two previous quarters. We have the opportunity to evaluate not only our work but also the work of our leader.
