Your responsibilities
- We have a long-term partnership with our client Alcon - American Swiss medical company specializing in eye care products, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Manager in Alcon’s fast growing Warsaw Global Services Center in Marynarska. You will report to the EMEA Project Director.
- You will be will responsible for delivery on a dynamic team, managing critical, strategic hires across Alcon in Poland (Shared Service Center). We are ideally looking for someone to be based in the Warsaw area.
- Working on a market-leading account you will be accountable for the service delivery to the client, including strategic and operational management of recruitment solutions. Whilst ensuring the solution is delivering all outcomes as specified in the client contract and Korn Ferry commercial requirements and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working in the role you will be required to;
- Manage the solution service to ensure client needs and contractual obligations are met
- Ensure appropriate reporting for stakeholders, as per agreed timetable and commercial SLAs
- Analyse data and identify opportunities/trends/issues and resolve or escalate
- Team Management and Engagement of Early Careers Lead, Senior and Junior Recruiters (team size is is 10+)
- The operational effectiveness of the team
- Work with the COE to bring service excellence to recruitment
Our requirements
- To be successful in this position you will have:
- Account management experience ideally gained in-house or through an RPO
- Tactical recruitment expertise across a variety of sectors
- Ability to design and implement recruitment solutions
- Manage multiple recruitment solutions
- Able to provide relevant MI/metrics
- Fully conversant and able to operate the functionality of the applicant tracking system, sourcing tools candidate relationship management tools
- Able to consult with client and team
- EVP or branding experience would be advantageous
- Proactive thinker who will bring ideas
- Experience or knowledge of the shared service center environment in Warsaw or wider Poland
- Knowledge of typical shared service center functions
- WorkDay experience would be advantageous
- Curious disposition with a desire to improve processes or procedures
