Talent Acquisition Operations Administrator with French (US hours)

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for key administrative elements of interview scheduling logistics for a Talent Acquisition team in Canada, using French and English on a daily basis

  • Schedule and facilitate high volume and individual interviews

  • Communicate confirmations details to candidates and interview team

  • Maintain professional communication with candidate to ensure a timely, efficient interview process from start to finish

  • Provide appropriate and timely follow-up ensuring a positive candidate and client experience

  • Listen to inquiries and requests, respond professionally, consider customer's perspective, follow through on commitments

  • Work with assessor team and hiring manager to ensure that candidates can get through the interview process in a timely manner. If schedules are busy, work with hiring manager and recruiter to find alternate times or assessors

  • Rescheduling of interviews as needed

  • HR administrative activities and project support as needed

  • Review and asses video interviews

  • Managing online testing

  • Spotless record and strong ethos

Our requirements

  • Fluent French- C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)

  • Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred (CEFR scale or equivalent)

  • Willingness to work on US working hours 13:30 - 22:00

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

  • Enjoy complex tasks and logistical challenges

  • Highly flexible and able to respond and adapt to changes and shifting priorities. Must be pro-active, persistent, and helpful, with a solid customer service approach.

  • Discreet in handling sensitive information, uphold confidentially at all times
