Your responsibilities

  • Monitor work volumes, systems (i.e. ServiceNow & Workday) and resources to ensure that team is able to achieve objectives and goals.

  • Ensure that the team delivers high quality output and enhances candidate experience.

  • Provides coaching / feedback to individuals as well as teams to develop and enhance both individual and team performance.

  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and breaches in SLAs and KPIs.

  • Provide a superior Candidate, Recruiter and Hiring Manager experience.

  • Work closely with HR People Partners and Managers, Centers of Expertise and HR Services Leaders on process improvement opportunities including but not limited to: automation and standardization across Business Units.

  • Review and analyze data on a regular basis and provide recommendation to ensure process improvement and efficiency.

  • Serve as a project manager for any system changes / enhancements with vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver all reports to clients / management including but not limited to: customer satisfaction surveys, monthly operational dashboards and any ad hoc requests.

Our requirements

  • University degree in the field of Human Resources (or relevant)

  • Fluency in English (C1+ is a must)

  • Experience working in a support position within a high volume, detail oriented environment

  • Proven people management experience

  • A data-driven approach and analytical mindset – you should feel comfortable working with Excel (pivot tables), reports and charts

  • Experience in influencing various stakeholders effectively

  • Previous experience with Workday and ServiceNow

  • Working knowledge of VBA, Power BI

  • Knowledge of any other European language (especially German, French, Dutch, Polish)

What can you expect?

Based within the wider People Services organization, the purpose of the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager role is to lead a group of professional individual contributors to achieve operational results related to recruitment efforts across EMEA. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational activities for different markets throughout EMEA and work closely with RPO vendor managed resources based offshore.
