Your responsibilities

  • Act as day to day operational support for talent acquisition operations activities within People Solutions. Activities include but are not limited to – job requisition creation, offer letter/contract administration, background check administration, and referral program administration

  • Possesses strong technical knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM)

  • Identifies opportunities for process and system improvement, suggesting, designing, and implementing solutions that are efficient, compliant and improve the user experience

  • Works with minimal supervision to plan, prioritize, and most importantly keeps open lines of communication with the Recruiters in the businesses

  • Recruitment Process and Document Management

  • Utilize experience to deliver effective program administration starting with the requisition, accurate employment contracts, background checks, references, referral program

  • Utilize SharePoint (and/or comparable) technology for document creation, ServiceNow for case management and tracking

  • Communicate new hire information to other departments and disburse paperwork upon hire

  • Close and file job folder according to Records Retention guidelines

  • Investigate and respond to inquiries and administration of employee referral award program

  • Work with COEI Talent Acquisition team and appropriate vendors to update, create and order new hire materials

  • Escalate issues/risks pro-actively to the appropriate team member and decision maker

  • Determine process improvements for optimization pipeline/opportunities

  • Systems and Reporting: Partner with TA Ops Manager with the administration and changes in Workday

  • Ongoing SOP library maintenance of system and process documentation changes/updates

  • Talent Program Support : Act as a resource within and across groups in support of special projects, cross functional initiatives (i.e., Workday) and global expansion

Our requirements

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR

  • 2 years’ experience in HR, ideally in a Talent Acquisition capacity

  • Position requires good communication, accuracy and time management skills

  • Candidate must possess ability to prioritize and handle confidential information

  • Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking system utilization and coordination preferred

  • Workday or like HR cloud technology experience

  • ServiceNow or like case management system experience

  • Fluency in English is essential
