Your responsibilities

  • Talent  Acquisition Partner is responsible for the execution of recruiting  plans for applicable  business units, employing traditional sourcing  strategies as well as leveraging new innovative recruitment approaches.

  • This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible  talent will be hired through a partnership with the Business Leaders and  Talent Acquisition.

  • You will be a partner to aligned client groups,  designing creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent, and  managing the hiring processes from initiating searches through  onboarding.

  • There will be opportunities to work on global projects,  collaborate and co-create with IBMers from all over the world.

  • Leveraging your domain expertise, you'll partner to aligned client  groups, designing creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent,  and managing the hiring processes from initiating searches through offer  acceptance.

  • There is a strong emphasis on influencing and driving  decisions by data.

Our requirements

  • Solid experience in direct sourcing talent within technology or management consulting

  • Extensive end-to-end, full life cycle recruitment experience

  • Fluent English and German

  • Ability to navigate complex recruitment campaigns and niche hiring search

  • Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness

  • Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence will be preferred

  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various requisitions simultaneously
