About the project

Wavin Shared Services is constantly broadening the service scope. Therefore we have decided to create an HR Services Tower for Wavin and Orbia Group EMEA-based entities.

We are expanding EMEA Talent Acquisition Team that enables Wavin & Orbia companies to leverage HR shared service delivery model, streamline recruitment efforts across the Region, design & deploy best-in-class recruitment practices & tools.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment projects for all Orbia Group companies (e.g. Wavin, Dura-Line) in EMEA Region;

  • Conducting recruitment processes for qualified specialist and managerial roles across Europe;

  • Driving end to end recruitment processes (job intake, job posting, active search/sourcing; interviewing, etc.) on behalf of local entities within the Region;

  • Constantly driving, improving client’s & candidate’s experience;

  • Supporting EB / EVP initiatives driven by local HR teams;

  • Close cooperation with global & local HR;

  • Building long term business relationships with customers;

  • Continuously monitoring trends in the recruitment area.

Our requirements

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;

  • Proven, sound, and successful track record within the recruitment area (min. 3 years in the role);

  • Experience in setting up HR services/recruitment operations;

  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools;

  • Business & Commercial savviness;

  • Fluent command of English (min. upper intermediate B2 level);

  • Experience in working with Applicant Tracking System;

  • Ability to influence individuals in senior positions within the organization;

  • Natural ability to question the status quo.
