Your responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage the recruitment process in allocated LOBs/Business groups

  • Create and drive relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners as well as Compensation team or other HR functions

  • Demonstrate ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of diverse, qualified candidate pools, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques.

  • Ensure there is a focus on direct sourcing capability and delivery

  • Build and manage relationships with Agency suppliers as required

Our requirements

  • Very good command of German language would be a plus

  • Previous recruitment experience working in a fast-paced, corporate or commercial environment

  • Solid experience of managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for multiple levels of positions

  • Ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities in a high-volume recruitment function

  • Strong knowledge of candidate tracking and recruitment processes and systems

  • Experience/knowledge of EMEA hiring especially within financial services sector will be an asset

  • A strong commitment to diversity and shared values by being a role model for others

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively influence senior management will be a plus

This role sits within our EMEA HR function. Critical to success will be the ability to manage end to end recruitment process for multiple hiring managers at various levels of seniority within a complex global organization. We also need the successful applicant to possess the ability to drive change and own processes across the function.

EMEA Talent Acquisition Team is looking for experienced Recruiters with the ability to take ownership for their recruitment processes, advise and educate hiring managers, as well as to drive change and process improvements within the TA function.

To succeed in this role, it’s critical to effectively manage end to end recruitment process for multiple hiring managers at various levels of seniority within a complex global organization.
