Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement proactive sourcing services for a mix of roles as requested by the Business and Talent Acquisition Management

  • Engage Hiring Managers on specific individual contributor positions and drive full-cycle recruiting process (from Intake to Onboarding)

  • Complete a screening assessment as well as personality inventory of candidates and record this information into our Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM)

  • Develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.

  • Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities in CRM.

  • Build and manage process to qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies. Identify potential strategic talent and introduce to the business.

  • Drive operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards. Ensure delivery against key metrics.

  • Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.

  • Take ownership of the Abbott candidate experience, ensure that it is a positive and respectful one.

  • Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to Senior Recruiters and client teams. Combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning.

Our requirements

  • Experience in using internet resources including resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and job boards

  • Previous experience in sourcing and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English writing and speaking skills/Another European language would be a plus

  • Existing Medical Device and and Pharma/Life science experience would be beneficial.

Based out of our Talent Acquisition Support Center in Warsaw, Poland, Abbott’s Talent Acquisition team is a global organization supporting global hiring, executive recruitment, University Relations, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies.

As an EMEA Recruiter focused you engage with hiring managers and candidates providing full life cycle recruiting services as well as work as a sourcing recruiter for senior level positions in collaboration with an Senior Recruiter or TA Manager for senior Positions.

In both cases you will work proactively to identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques and develop their client management skills.
