Your responsibilities
Partnering Supply Chain Teams to attract and hire right Talent for various positions there
Active candidates sourcing and head hunting through different tools and opportunities; consistent pipeline building for critical roles
Communicating with candidates, scheduling meetings and delivering feedback
Interviewing candidates and working closely with Hiring Managers
Fulfilling administrative tasks (e.g. setting up new vacancies and updating all actions in eRecruiter and Workday system, coordinating contracts with vendors, drawing job advertisements)
Engaging in close to recruitment initiatives like employer branding and onboarding
Gathering data and drawing simple analysis on recruitment processes
Our requirements
You have minimum 2 years of experience in attracting & recruiting candidates
You are first class Talent Hunter with innovative approach to sourcing & expert knowledge of digital and social media resources
You have passion and motivation to learn and strong drive to achieve approach
You have excellent communication skills and English is your working language
You have excellent planning, execution and prioritizing abilities
You are fast learner, adapting quickly to rapid changes, not afraid to follow new challenges
