    Talent Acquisition Specialist
    Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk

    Responsibilities

    • End-to-end recruitment process tasks: determine selection criteria, source potential candidates through various channels, conduct interview and selection procedures - including screening calls, Assessment Centers and in-person interviews
    • Dara base management in internal Applicant Tracking System
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and Bayer competencies
    • Ensures compliance with legal and internal regulations during the recruitment process
    • Manages hiring managers’ expectations appropriately
    • Leads and/or participates in sourcing projects: builds networks across all channels
    • Lead employer branding initiatives
    • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

    Requirements

    • Positive approach, constant smile and open, friendly attitude – is a must J
    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role of minimum 2 years
    • Successful recruiting experience specifically in the Tricity market
    • Familiarity with social media, candidates databases/ATS and professional networks
    • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
    • Proficiency in German will be an additional asset
    • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
    • Ability to work as part of a team
