Your responsibilities
Working closely with international hiring managers to understand candidate profiles
Responsible for ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met
Sourcing of candidates through sourcing channels and direct headhunting as and when appropriate. Includes conducting initial interview, to screen candidates based on skill set required
Building strong pipeline of talents while keeping abreast of talent market happenings
Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & on-boarding processes
Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders
Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report recruitment status
Manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS. This person will responsible to ensure data integrity on monthly basis
Our requirements
Recognized bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience
Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency/search firm is preferable
Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices
Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques
Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals
Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things
Excellent spoken and written English skills is a must
