Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with international hiring managers to understand candidate profiles

  • Responsible for ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met

  • Sourcing of candidates through sourcing channels and direct headhunting as and when appropriate. Includes conducting initial interview, to screen candidates based on skill set required

  • Building strong pipeline of talents while keeping abreast of talent market happenings

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & on-boarding processes

  • Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders

  • Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report recruitment status

  • Manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS. This person will responsible to ensure data integrity on monthly basis

Our requirements

  • Recognized bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience

  • Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency/search firm is preferable

  • Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices

  • Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques

  • Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment

  • Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity

  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things

  • Excellent spoken and written English skills is a must
