Your responsibilities
Recruiting for Lead/Manager roles – searching for suitable candidates externally
Recruiting for a specialist to roles where there is a need
Searching & sourcing – i.e. Boolean, X-Ray, using Social Media to find potential candidates.
Managing end-to-end recruitment process. Propose updates, upgrades, new tools etc.
Creating target lists – companies, candidates
Utilize creative recruiting resources and techniques to identify and engage top talent including social media tools, referral programs, user groups, internal and external talent databases
Cooperation with the Manager with creating external communication to the Candidates
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advise, coach
Our requirements
Demonstrated experience in recruitment (not less than 2 years); dealing with direct search processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and both written and verbal communication skills
Working in deadline driven environment
Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
Being a Gamer is an asset
Great English skills (written and spoken); minimum B2 level
Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
