Your responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and continuously improve a globally aligned recruitment process

  • Strategic and focused recruitment support for Hiring Managers, including assessing hiring needs, requirement specification, determining selection criteria and performing candidate assessments

  • Develop and implement a global sourcing channel strategy

  • Identify and source skills for current and future vacancies

  • Create and handle candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

  • Ensure Nordic has the best possible tools available to support our recruitment needs

  • Build a data driven approach to Talent Acquisition

  • Represent Nordic at external events and coordinate university relations

  • Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders on recruitment related projects

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or other relevant studies

  • Knowlegde of candidate selection methods

  • Experience with developing talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates

  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a genuine interest in keeping abreast of the latest technologies, including SoMe

  • Firm understanding of how to create and implement recruiting metrics to facilitate efficient decision-making

  • The ability to work in a global matrix organization, navigating at all levels within the organization and balancing global vs. local needs

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian

About the job

It is an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our rapid growth while having high aspirations together with enthusiastic colleagues worldwide. The role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist offers an interesting opportunity to influence and create value from day one. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the recruitment process globally. You will work together with the Employer Branding Team to ensure a Nordic approach to Talent Acquisition, in addition to collaborating closely with the rest of the wider HR Team.
