Your responsibilities

  • Source and attract talent

  • Take full ownership of recruitment process

  • Prepare and post job ads, communicate with external vendors

  • Optimize recruitment process

  • Cooperate closely with hiring managers, People Experience team

  • Build pipelines of candidates based on pre-defined request

  • Build and analyze reports to provide recommendations for decisions based on data

  • Benchmark and research market

  • Participate in Employer Branding activities

Our requirements

  • You have some experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist

  • You are able to work on several recruitment projects at the same time

  • You have excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • You have good knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter

  • You are able to build long-term relationships with the candidates and managers

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English and Polish
