Your responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for different positions
Attract the best talents to MM Group through the appropriate choice of sourcing strategies and channels
Cooperate with hiring managers and HR Generalists to adapt recruitments needs and requirements, and fulfill vacancies both internally and externally
Develop sourcing strategies and delivery plans for open requisitions, build relevant and diverse pipeline for future hiring needs
Create and approve all job adverts released ensuring they are compliant and drive appropriate levels of attraction
Contact with candidates: screening phones, interviews and meetings
Manage recruitment database and make sure communication to candidates is handled professionally on order to build and maintain good relations
Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities
Cooperate with recruitment vendors
Prepare recruitment reports and statistics
Our requirements
Degree level education, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economy preferred
Fluency in Polish and good command of English
Previous HR experience would be an asset, preferably in the production industry
Basic knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
Working knowledge of HR best practices
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels in the organization
Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
Ability to demonstrate and take initiative
What we offer
