Your responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from the vacancy opening to the offer acceptance, including direct sourcing
- Building the strategy together with the Recruitment Business Partner and Hiring Managers with the goal to identify, attract and engage the best talents on the market
- Building long-lasting relationships with the Hiring Managers
- Managing and securing a pipeline of candidates and taking care of the data integrity
- Identifying key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labor market, competition and external talent knowledge
- Building and maintaining the effective network of the candidates to improve attract top quality IT candidates
Our requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant IT recruitment background in a recruitment agency or in an internal recruitment department in a corporation
- Well-established network across the technical arena of candidates
- Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
- Real passion for the latest cutting-edge technologies and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
- Outstanding advisory skills with the ability to influence others
- Fluency in English
- Experience and IT market knowledge
- Permanent agreement or B2B contract available
