Talent Acquisition Specialist
Workplace: Plewiska near Poznan and remotely

About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquistion Specialist, directly reporting to the Coesia Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of junior and senior profiles, both nationally and internationally, across several Coesia organizations in Europe. You will also be involved in a series of projects aimed at nurturing the company Talent pool, attracting the best talent also through employer branding or strategic hiring initiatives.

Some examples of daily tasks:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to collect and understand recruiting needs and handle related recruiting projects.
  • Define sourcing and selection strategies according to the requested profile, choosing and activating the correct source channels.
  • Conduct autonomously the full cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Support decision making processes on recruitment through market insights and data.
  • Support HR Business Partners during offers’ negotiation.
  • Update the ATS (Lumesse TalentLink) according to the ongoing selection processes, making sure it is always up to date and handled as per the group guidelines and in compliance with GDPR.

Basic Requirements:

  • About 3/4 years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience in large industrial companies with developed talent acquisition/recruitment function or International executive search firms
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of any ATS is preferred
  • Experience in matrix organizations would be a plus
  • Experience within OEM and automated machinery manufacturing industry would be a plus
