Your responsibilities

  • Researching the market for potential candidates, including researching industries and companies,

  • Active sourcing and attracting candidates, including direct and executive search, social media, headhunting (industries: IT, marketing, sales, customer service, etc.),

  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes by effectively liaising with the candidates,

  • Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching,

  • Supporting with any other HR related tasks as and when required.

Our requirements

  • at least two years of experience in a similar role is a must,

  • at least C1-level of English is a must, German and/or Spanish is welcome,

  • hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using various techniques across different regions and countries,

  • strong verbal and communication skills,

  • ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates,

  • ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask,

  • experience in actively acquiring candidates from the hospitality industry is welcome

  • experience in sourcing international candidates is welcome.
